From Complacency to emergency, How China's incompetence has endangered the whole world?

From Complacency to emergency, How China's incompetence has endangered the whole world? As the world irrevocably drifts towards isolationism. China now suspiciously accused United States for bringing virus in China. This appears to be "opportunistic"  "arrogance" yet "obstructionist" in revealing the information to the World health organization. China promotes conspiracy theories with an intention to deflect blame and distract from the Chinese Communist Party's persistent failure to control coronavirus and inadequacy of its response to the outbreak. That pattern of false accusations and deflection from China's own incompetence and dictatorial irresponsibility is well-established.

As with earlier epidemics, the coronavirus pandemic was spawned and spread by its usual authoritarian practices of denial and deceit, which delayed by at least a month an appropriate global response. China then exacerbated the situation and hampered the work of the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by arbitrarily withholding its cooperation. As the international health body, the WHO should have resisted political pressure and maintained a neutral stand in consolidating the WHO charters of upholding the highest standards of human health worldwide instead of bowing to unreasonable demands from China which are not in compliance of international health rules & regulations.

The global outbreak of the made in China novel coronavirus irrefutably demonstrates that the CPC is more than willing to endanger the health of the international community to promote Beijing’s irresponsible hegemony raised questions about President Xi Jinping’s imperious style and authoritarian policies.

China now requires more lackadaisical approach to adhere to the rules-based international system including World Health organization. China should take a holistic approach to multilateralism in many areas, recognizing that often international cooperation and frameworks hold the key to its domestic problems, for example in the fields of global health organization, environmental sustainability and financial regulation.

This enthusiasm should be harnessed to promote the international rule of law, but at the same time there needs to be recognition of the strategic goals including aggressively controlling pandemic and to protect its ecology and environment at the at the expense of the rules-based international order. China should work with other international agencies to work closely with the international community, put forward new initiatives to strengthen global health security and provide more assistance to developing countries as this provides much greater transparency on its compliance with international standards. China should uphold international health regulations to which countries have agreed to adhere, and to make decisions and recommendations based on the best available science which would reduce outbreak at international level by taking most comprehensive and strict prevention and control measures to control the outbreak of the epidemic.
